IA is a popular Vocaloid character known for her beautiful and versatile voice. She was
developed by 1st Place Co., Ltd. and first released in January 2012 for the Vocaloid 3
engine. IA’s voicebank is based on the voice of Japanese singer Lia, who is well-known
for her work in anime and video game music. IA has been widely used in various musical
genres and is particularly loved for her clear and expressive vocal capabilities. Over the
years, she has gained a significant fanbase and has appeared in numerous songs, concerts,
and multimedia projects. IA is often depicted as a futuristic, ethereal character with long,
flowing white hair and a stylish outfit, embodying both elegance and modernity.
